I followed the excellent free lesson of drawing a realistic cat eye using coloured pencils by Kirsty Partridge. I learned so much from this course, it really made me loved even more coloured pencils. It was also my first use of my new set of coloured pencils by Castle Art. After the cat’s eye, I use this specific set of colour pencils for the drawing of a fly, and other animals not yet in this blog.

It is really impressive what we can achieved with coloured pencil and following the live lesson session from Kirsty. I am really pleased with the final version. I came from far away with coloured pencils when I almost give up.
