At the moment, I am painting a lot using watercolour paints, so I am retracing my painting journey. It started in May 2025 when I attended a free watercolour workshop. Then I attended another workshop in July 2025, but this time online by Natura Illustrata.
The workshop was great, unfortunately my painting wasn’t. My colours went so wrong, and we can even see a brush hair because I used extremely cheap and rubbish brush from Lidl. But it is ok, it is part of the learning process.

For the watercolours, I used the squeezed Daler-Rowney watercolour tubes into empty Meeden watercolour pans. At this time, I still used the Lidl brushes. I think I used the watercolour paper provided with the Daler-Rowney set.
