I love science fiction, I love robots, I love machines, I am a big fan of Isaac Asimov, so I would like to learn to draw and sketch in the sci-fi style. It seems to be quite difficult, but of course, the best way to learn is to do it, so I have started to adapt a reference picture of a mermaid (prompt of the day in Sketch A Day app) into a mechanical human robot mermaid.

Compared to my other sketches and drawings, this time I only used one graphite pencil, the Derwent graphic 9H but I drew on my usual A4 sketchbook. I didn’t used any other pencils or pens. I also didn’t use any eraser at all. This is a sketched where I had to deal with my mistakes, bad lines, etc.
