On the first day of Sketch week early March 2025 delivered by Adebanji Alade, I have joined The Addictive Sketchers Movement. Every month is a different sketching topic and March 2025 was Landscape.
I wasn’t very interested by landscape sketching, it grew on me and I eventually started to enjoying it more and more. I have done 9 landscape sketches, some them while watching the live or pre-recorded video of Adebanji teaching us how to sketch the landscape and the other on my own. Obviously the best ones I while I was sketching in same time that Adebanji’s lesson.

I really enjoy using the Faber Castell Jumbo 9000 because I find them easier to hold and use than thinner pencil. I used my usual sketchbook, blending stumps and monozero eraser, I have used on some of my sketches a touch of white Posca pen for the highlight. I did use my Derwent battery-operated eraser too on some of them, but it let some markers on my page, probably a simple way to fix the problem, like I didn’t hold the eraser properly or such.
